When you go to the Burley Walgreen's you must use the  register at the far left (your left when you are standing in line) because this is considered the cosmetics register.  Also you must present the 15% off coupon at the beginning of the transaction.

So the scenario from this morning that I did was:
Buy 8 Garnier Fructis products that are on sale 3/$10.  There is a RR of $10.00 when you spend $20.00 but since the 15% comes off first you must buy 8 for the total to be over $20.00.  Then you will get a $10.00 RR back.  I bought 8 products for $10 so I paid $1.30 per bottle.

Just remember anything that you are getting a RR on you will have to factor in the 15%.  So if you are supposed to spend $10.00 and get a $2.00 RR you will have to spend about $12.00 before you use your coupons.
