Kmart week of double coupons is here!

A few weeks ago I did a post about the sale that Kmart is having this week.  They will let you double 5 coupons per day up to $2.00 in value.  Since I don't usually post Kmart I am going to refer you to the KrazyCouponLady who has been posting lots of deals to watch for!  All of the stores in Idaho are participating, some don't know it but if you ask they will figure it out!

Update on Double Coupons for Twin Falls customers!

Thanks to everyone who called Albertson's last week!  Corporate Albertson's said that they will start sending Double Coupons out in the Twin Falls Edition the second week of May! 

Get ready for the Quaker Sale!

Albertson's will be having a Quaker Sale in the next couple of weeks so if you want to order coupons then now is the time to do it!  I was lucky enough to find some $3.00 off of 5 Quaker products and some $1.00/2 Chewy Granola Bars.  I don't have any information on prices yet but last time using the $3.00/5 coupon, I paid $.40 per item!  Remember to check where the coupons are coming from and make sure they do not expire before the 30th of April!

Send in your expired Coupons!

One of our followers has adopted a base and says to send her your expired coupons and she will send them out.  Please sort your coupons into food and non-food and put them into separate ziploc baggies.  Then mail them to:

What to do with expired coupons?

One way to use expired coupons is to adopt an overseas military base and send them our expired coupons.  I have known about this program for almost a year and have told several people about it but no one so far has taken the initiative to get organized.  The website with all the information is  http://ocpnet.org/  Basically someone needs to fill out the adoption form, give me an address to post on the blog and then everyone could separate their own coupons into non-food and food baggies and mail them in at the end of each month to whomever adopts the base.  That person or persons would then package it all up and mail it to the base.  If anyone wants to take this on I would be forever grateful!  I feel guilty all the time for throwing coupons away, but just simply can not ad one more thing to my life right now!

Binder for sale

1 Insert this Sunday

We will be getting the P&G Insert this weekend which comes once a month.  If you want to save a ton of money then you will want to sign up for multiple copies of the Sunday newspaper.  We have a CouponGals subscription rate for the Times News that is $18.00 per month for 1 daily paper and 5 Sunday papers.  If you would like to sign up please call Nicole @ 208-219-1384.  If you call before 2:00 tomorrow afternoon (Friday) you will be able to get 5 copies on Sunday!
